He was an excellent listener and extremely patient in answering all questions even if we had asked them multiple times. He made the entire process seamless and efficient in terms of time and information. The entire transaction took place in a day. When we picked up the car, he sat with us and again, patiently answered all our questions while detailing all the features of our new 2018 Honda CR-V. We have purchased cars together for almost 50 years and Chip, by far was the best salesman. No pressure, just let the facts speak for themselves while at the same time, highlighting the very great aspects including the new wonderful safety devices in the new Hondas. It was really a pleasure to deal with him. More

On test drives he did a great job demonstrating and explaining how the Adaptive Cruise Control and other new technology worked. We also had some complications with trade in and delivery that the dealership was very helpful with. The business manager is very pleasant to deal with and all-in-all we feel like Hyannis Honda gave us a fair deal on the transaction. More

He presented an enticing discount and an attractive loan rate. The rest was determined by Nor'easters, cancelled boats, and delayed appointments. Jake was patient and accommodating. Finally, my husband met Jake and completed an efficient transaction. The vehicle was fully serviced, inspected and licensed by the dealership.
