I bought two brand new Hyundai on the last day of 2020. I have a pearl white where the paint is flaking off the hood. The trunk is rusted out from leaks and the dealership sent me a mailer stating that they would give me an estimate on what my car is worth if I bring in the mailer and I would get a gift card for Starbucks and some other scratch off prize. All I wanted was for them to give me the estimate so I knew how much value was lost from the Paint. They handed me my mail back and said we cannot help you. Your car is worth nothing to us. We would not put that on our lot for resale. But they did try to sell me a new car which is bait and switch. And they have signs on here stating that they’ve missed priced vehicles and they’re $10,000 more which is bait and switch. More

Before I traveled this long distance to purchase the Hyundai Ioniq, I had call and finalized a deal, but getting there, my time was wasted as the price we negotiated was not accurate at all to what we had discussed. What a waste of my day a time. Truly very upsetting and sad. I advise all to finalize absolutely everything before going at all. More

Took my Hyundai 31st of December, no one informed me until I called to find out what’s going on. I was told parts will be in Friday, Friday came no update, Saturday came still no update, Monday came st until I called to find out what’s going on. I had my son pick it up Tuesday, they charged him for a spiral cable ($700) . Got home looked at the car the steering wheel control were still broken but they didn’t charge me for it (estimate $600). I called them out of curiosity why they didn’t fix it. Instead of getting an explanation. I was informed that aside from the $700 paid by my son, we owe Hyundai Escondido $600 which would’ve been for repairing the steering wheel control which they never fixed but I had to pay for?! What’s worst I got threatened by Hyundai that they’ll send me to collections?! They’d didn’t fix it and I have to pay for it?! In which universe is that even logical?! More
