Had a hyundai Sonta took it to them and I had to call to find out about status Brandi the service writer and the service Manger both of them was very rude. Never could get Brandi to return my calls and was told the service manager would talk to me after I had went by to check on the car. Then I was told the service Manager was to busy to even come out and talk to me. Had the recall issue with the motor but according to the them it was fixed after 3 month of them not even looking at it didn't even get a mile from the dealer ship and had to have it towed back in again. Was told they could not get it to do what was happening then it come up that it was fuel pump dealer was going to be around 1500 to install fuel pump. I replaced the fuel pump that did not help the problem. Even called. Hyundai service care team here it is a year later and they just now calling never by a hyundai again and I advise everyone to avoid them and do not buy any car form hyundai of greer Sorry service. More
Hyundai of Greer will charge you unjustified market adjustments and also will include unnecessary add-ons that they refuse to remove. I visited in the past month to purchase a Santa Fe Hybrid that was adjustments and also will include unnecessary add-ons that they refuse to remove. I visited in the past month to purchase a Santa Fe Hybrid that was being shipped to the dealer. I asked the sales manager to exclude all of the dealer add-ons when they fill out the PDI upon delivery. The response was that they were going to charge me regardless if I elected to have the add-ons installed or not. Hard pass on this place. I will go out of my way to buy from another Hyundai dealer in the future. More
Looked at Santa Fe, they added on an insane amount of fees and exorbitant fees. Almost 9K in maker adjustment and overpriced fees. For example $999 to tint 2 front windows. Then lied and said they tinted all the windows and that Hyundai sends clear glass on all SUV’s. The guy got caught in his lie and said he was mistaken. Then talked down on my trade, a 2021 with 10k miles saying he can get one at auction for less that they offered me and it would have 10K -12k LESS miles. How can you find 10-12k LESS miles than mine when mine only had 10K miles? It would be new and FAR more money. He also said every dealer has market adjustments and I needed to get used to it. Fun fact I drove to another Hyundai dealer and bought one. guess what no market adjustments! After the 2nd lie I caught the mgr in I walked. When you’re spending $40K+ trust is important and Greer Hyundai doesn’t have it. Lie count for Jay Jordan sales Mgr = 3. Do better and treat people with honesty and integrity. Especially from someone who buys a car every other year. More

I CALLED B4 WE DROVE ALMOST 3 HRS TO PICK UP THE CAR SO TOMMY KNEW WE WERE NOT BROKERS WHICH HE USED AS AN EXCUSE FOR BEING AN *SS. WE GET THERE AND MY SISTER GOES IN TELLS HIM WHY SHE IS THERE AND HE TOSSED HER THE KEY THEN TOLD HER THE CAR WAS PARKED IN THE BACK ON THE GRAVEL WHICH WAS ABOUT 2 FOOTBALL FIELDS BEHIND THE BUILDING IN THE DARK; GLAD I THOUGHT TO DRIVE HER THERE.. THEN TO ADD INSULT WHEN SHE GOES BACK TO ASK WHY THERE WAS NO GAS IN THE CAR AND NOT A SECOND KEYLIKE HER PAPERWORK SAID HE TOLD HER SHE DIDN'T HAVE TO BUY THE CAR. JUST TOTAL NASTINESS. Buyer beware! They are taking advantage of the market. I was looking at a car that was clearly marked $25xxx went in to look at numbers and they priced it at 29xxx They are taking advantage of the market. I was looking at a car that was clearly marked $25xxx went in to look at numbers and they priced it at 29xxx for “market adjustment”. Why would I pay more than the sticker price. Talked with the finance manager and was basically told that they wouldn’t budge and someone would pay that for the car. Will definitely take my business to another Hyundai dealership with transparent pricing! It’s a sellers market and Hyundai of Greer is absolutely taking advantage of that and every consumer that walks in the door!! Make sure to look over everything when dealing with these guys! More
Worse experience i have ever had buying a new car, they are very good con artist. Prices are inflated they lie about service after sale they are the worst. Couldnt get the general manager to call me back. Don’t buy from this dealer they are liars and thieves. I REALLY REGRET buying from this dealer, wish i could return the car!!!! More

They quoted me $5000 more than the internet price with same vin number. Watch the interest rate once they go back for a 2nd time. Told me it would be exactly the same but extend months to get payments where I was happy. The interest rate went from 1.9 (advertised zero%) to 4.9. I decided to go to my credit union for financing. I am not sure how many times they ran my credit but the next day my credit score dropped 37 points. Check the other dealerships before going to Greer!!! I told them I would not buy from them because they cannot be trusted! More
