Discovered an unexpected charge at signing that did not match what we had agreed on. Took multiple written complaints and a state complaint filing before it was resolved. They took my car in on a Monday, and it wasn’t done till Saturday. They didn’t provide me with a loaner car. I had to bother my co-workers to pick me up and drop me off. I brought one of my 3 Hyundai vehicles in do to an issue with A/C. Worst experience EVER. Less than 1 star! No communication, no honestly. They had car 5 days. Replaced starter which is a 2 hour job! Got in the car the next day! IT WON’ Less than 1 star!
