I bought a new 2014 Santa Fe from Oscar a couple months back, and the experience was excellent When, the other car gave out last month, I went right back to deal with Oscar, and bought a pre-owned Sonata. He knows his stuff, and explains the key features and services clearly and patiently. Greg went through several different finance options to get the deal where I needed it. In purchasing both vehicles, it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I would recommend Oscar and Hyundai of Cool Springs to anyone who asked. BTW, after riding in the Santa Fe, my daughter has now added that to her list of potential vehicles to purchase. More

Hard Work + Fun = Sale Buying a car is not at the top of my "fun list", but the team I got to work with at Hyundai of Cool Springs came close to putting it there. Shaprese Buying a car is not at the top of my "fun list", but the team I got to work with at Hyundai of Cool Springs came close to putting it there. Shaprese Smith, my sales person, spent almost 6 hours helping me wade through options, test driving multiple Hyundai models, and ended up letting me take home a previously owned 2013 Acura sedan, which I think is clear evidence that she was listening to what I wanted, I felt no pressure from her - only support. And now I feel like a kid with a new toy. Mark Salvino was equally attentive to detail in working with me to find the best financing options. Van Hayes was good to answer technical questions, even though it was not even his sale. These folks worked together like a professional team - a family. If this is any indication of how these folks work for their customers, I will be looking forward to bringing my car in for regular service for years to come. More
