Exhilarating time choosing a new car! Oscar was respectful of our desires and choices, always gently helping us to move in an acceptable direction. As usually auto purchases can be very stressful. After the purchase, Oscar went to the car and demonstrated many features that were new to us. As we were biding him farewell, he made sure that we were welcomed to telephone him if we had any questions. Overall we were very satisfied with the Cool Springs Hyundai dealership. When the tags arrived, we drove down to get them. As we walked across the lot to our car, we met Mike who immediately ask if he could put the plates on for us. Now that is going above and beyond the call of "duty"! More

Lies, Again? I left a review before, then I saw that the dealership had responded to my review. The response was not only a lie, but claimed that the situation ac I left a review before, then I saw that the dealership had responded to my review. The response was not only a lie, but claimed that the situation actually occurred at another dealership, which it definitely did not. This just goes to show how much this dealership loves to lie, mislead, and deceive customers. There is nothing in this world that would make me go back to them. Customer service is, as the employees let us know during this whole ordeal, always an issue. Personally, I think this warning would have been very helpful before we did business with Hyundai of Cool Springs. I was surprised to read their claim that they had talked to us and that we were 100% satisfied. This has not happened and I'm sure it will not. They definitely have not tried to remedy anything with us at all, although a simple apology would be nice. This dealership does not stand behind its 100% satisfaction guarantee in the least. Again, steer clear of this dealership and its employees. It is simply ridiculous that they responded to my review only in lies.. I'm speechless. More

HORRIBLE!! Run away fast. We are still waiting on a check they "promised" us for our trade, and doubt we will get it. We were lied to consistently about everything imaginable, including money, the quality of the car we bought, and customer service to remedy all the issues we had. A week later, we had to just trade in the car we purchased from Hyundai of Cool Springs for a different car at ANOTHER dealership because of all of its issues and lost $5000 on the transaction. This dealership is a joke, but not as much as their "100% customer satisfaction guarantee!" More

JJ was a Pro to work with. We talked on a Saturday about what I was looking for and he took time to meet my Daughter and I on a Sunday afternoon. Deal was basically worked out before we walked in the door what I was looking for and he took time to meet my Daughter and I on a Sunday afternoon. Deal was basically worked out before we walked in the door no hidden this or that just straight up honest deal. We drove the car home Sunday afternoon with only about 1 hour at dealer ship. He handled paperwork in a very professional and timely manner. JJ even took time Monday to meet with us and insure we were satisfied with the car.
