HORRIBLE!! Run away fast. We are still waiting on a check they "promised" us for our trade, and doubt we will get it. A week later, we had to just trade in the car we purchased from Hyundai of Cool Springs for a different car at ANOTHER dealership because of all of its issues and lost $5000 on the transaction. This dealership is a joke, but not as much as their "100% customer satisfaction guarantee!" More

JJ was a Pro to work with. We talked on a Saturday about what I was looking for and he took time to meet my Daughter and I on a Sunday afternoon. I was able to get my Hyundai Accent in on short notice and as always everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I like having my vehicle serviced at the dealership so that I know that all and as always everyone on the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My hope is by doing this I will ultimately extend the life of my vehicle. I only wish they had a lower cost options for oil changes. I know it's a small thing but when I get coupons from many different companies advertising a $19.99 oil change it makes it a little tough to justify spending more. Other than that -- I have been very happy with the service that is provided and the time the staff takes to explain any issues I have and the best resolution.
