This dealership is friendly and performs quality workmanship. I was going to the Mazda dealership next door, it closed and Hyundai is honoring the maintenance package I purchased from the Mazda dea workmanship. Parsons (sold me my current Mazda). He now works at the Hyundai dealership and made sure everything was taken care of on the service end when I brought my car in for service. Great job!! Excellent service department. They had my new wheels on in no time. The alignment was off but they fixed it right away without question and even had my key replacement ready. Awesome team. I like to take a lot of my things with me and have space to spare. I had done quite a bit of research on the Santa Fe and I knew that is what I wanted but wasn't ready to push forward quite yet. I literally only went in to get a look at one in person. Thomas was fantastic. I can't tolerate being pushed by salesmen or being manipulated. Thomas was kind, friendly, and honest. He listened to what I was looking for and matched me with a 2011 Santa Fe that I test drove and loved! I cannot say enough about Hyundai Cool Springs. It ended up being the right time, the right place, the right money, and the right car for me. Speaking of money, I try to be responsible and live within my means and the finance guy, Mike made that happen! You can tell everyone at Hyundai Cool Springs really wanted to take care of you and it never seemed insincere at all. Thank you all so much for everything! More

These comments cover two service visits to Hyundai of Cool Springs in May, 2013. 1) I brought my 2012 Hyundai Elantra in for 18,750 mile service on May 7th. I advised Manny Martinez, my usual service Cool Springs in May, 2013. 1) I brought my 2012 Hyundai Elantra in for 18,750 mile service on May 7th. I advised Manny Martinez, my usual service advisor, that the steering wheel cover seemed to be deteriorating. He replaced the wheel without any hassle, and the remaining service was performed on a coupon price from several months earlier, which he had agreed to apply to this service when I made the appointment. 2) Approximately two weeks later, I advised Manny that the transmission issues I had brought it in for several times before had reoccured. I asked him if we could elevate the problem to his service manager, and the district manager if necessary. He made an appointment for that Wednesday (5/22), advised that their technician would transmit the transmission performance data to the tech group at Hyundai, and that together they would correct the problem. He kept the car overnight, and called the next day to say that Hyundai had authorized them to replace the transmission under warranty. Both Manny and his manager, Randy Wood, were very forthright and easy to deal with. I have always had great service from this dealership.I would recommend them to anyone considering service for their Hyundai or purchase of a new vehicle in the Franklin/Nashville area.
