Factory recall appointment. Service representative estimated apprximately one hour but was finished in about 45 minutes. It was 1:30 PM when the check tires light came and the tires did not appear low to my eye sight. This is the first time this has happened in the 2 years of owing this car. Arrived at dealership approx. tires did not appear low to my eye sight. This is the first time this has happened in the 2 years of owing this car. Arrived at dealership approx. 2:15 PM very concerned and Manny said that it would take about 30 minutes to figure out the problem. Well within 45 minutes our car was read to go and the problem was the left front tire was 2 lbs. low. They put in the correct amount of nitrogen and we were ready to finish our shopping. Bought 2011 Sonata from dealership and it has 40,000 miles on it. The power door lock went out on the driver's side. Took car in for repair and it was still under warranty. The check-in people were great and the waiting lounge was comfortable with free coffee and snack. When I got my car back they had also fixed a safety call-back feature that I didn't know about until I got home and had received a notice in the mail that day. Also had them change my oil which I had a coupon for and 2 air filters. More

I knew exactly what I wanted to purchase and found 5 vehicles at 5 different dealerships. I inquired at all 5 dealerships. Within 5 minutes of my email, Zach Tilley at Hyundai of Cool Springs called me. vehicles at 5 different dealerships. I inquired at all 5 dealerships. Within 5 minutes of my email, Zach Tilley at Hyundai of Cool Springs called me. We spoke briefly, I told him I had a specific number in mind as my purchase limit. He encouraged me to come drive the car and we would talk numbers later. I was already pre-approved through my bank. I went down 20 minutes later and drove the car. It was exactly what I wanted but out of my price range. We went back to the dealership, negotiated a deal in under 30 minutes and I have my new car! Mike Thompson, the finance manger, was able to beat my banks rate by 2%! Everybody was efficient, friendly and great to work with. I would highly recommend doing business with Hyundai of Cool Springs! More

My wife and I bought what we was told was a new vehicle, but a year later we went to get it repaired and found out the whole back end had been repaired. This dealership has serviced my car for years thanks to Manny. I met Oscar during a service visit and while waiting for repairs, he worked hard to get me into a 2013 Santa Fe. He was successful, found the color I wanted with all the bells and whistles, with the payment I could afford, and had it delivered within a few days! Plus he is a pleasure to work with and wants to make sure the buyer is satisfied. Financing was a breeze despite my forgetting to supply info. and I couldn't be happier with my purchase :) This is my 4th Santa Fe in 10 years so obviously I recommend it and this dealership. More
