Oscar was truely a pleasure to work with!!! He is very dependable, trustworthy, and professional. After trying to locate a new 2013 Santa Fe in our local area (Memphis, TN) for OVER a week, we were unhapp dependable, trustworthy, and professional. After trying to locate a new 2013 Santa Fe in our local area (Memphis, TN) for OVER a week, we were unhappy with the service our local dealership provided. We called Hyundai of Cool Springs and got Oscar on the phone. Within 10 MINUTES Oscar had found and got us one!!!!!! Ten minutes!!! We handled all paperwork over the phone and internet and the car arrived in Franklin in 2 DAYS!! We drove to the dealership from Memphis and were in and out in less than an hour! We were overwhelming impressed with the service and the dealership! Everyone there was very friendly and Mark Salvino in finance made it fun and easy!! I would recommend Oscar and the dealership to all my friends and family! Oscar made it a great experience from start to finish :) Oscar scored a A++++++++ in our book! More

We came in to replace our 8 year old Tucson with a new one. John was a real pleasure to work with. He showed us not only the Tucson my wife was interested in, but also indulged my insistence that we kee one. John was a real pleasure to work with. He showed us not only the Tucson my wife was interested in, but also indulged my insistence that we keep an open mind and look at the Santa Fe. (In the end my wife got the Tucson.) John explained everything so well and was a delight. We came in with our own financing, but Mike Thompson managed to beat the rate we had. Overall - fantastic experience! More

I came in to get a new key fob because I lose mine. On December 27,2012 my Santa Fe's Oil was changed for the first time. I had several questions about all the new features this vehicle has to offer. Bob Metzger listen and followup with answers. I apprecia first time. I had several questions about all the new features this vehicle has to offer. Bob Metzger listen and followup with answers. I appreciated his desire to please. One question was how to use a mp3 player with the media since I do not have an ipod that uses an USB connector. He refered me to Zack Tilley(Sales). Zack explained that my USB cable would not work with my old mp3 player. He obtained another cable from his car(AUX cable) and demonstrated how to connect the device. I now can listen to all the music I have recorded on my Zune. Zack also explained some of the features of BlueLink. Thanks for Bob and Zack More
