I have a 2009 Elantra and a few days before Thanksgiving I lost the keys at work. I had to break into my car to get my ID and insurance to have another key made but because I locked the car with the clicke I lost the keys at work. I had to break into my car to get my ID and insurance to have another key made but because I locked the car with the clicker the alarm wouldn't stop honking. The dealer in downtown Nashville said they would have to tow my car and there was no way to bypass the alarm without a new clicker. 150 for the clicker...150 for the tow...and he said I had better hurry because they were very busy w the upcoming holiday. I got on the internet...found out that I just have to turn the key to the "on" position for 30 seconds and it would turn off the alarm...problem solved...no tow, no clicker!!! I then called the Cool Springs Dealership and spoke w Bob and asked him how to bypass the alarm. Bob was kind enough to tell me the truth. I now have a new clicker that Bob programmed for me. Bob...you are an awesome guy!!! More
It was very easy to make the initial appointment to get my car serviced. Then they offered to take me back home which is a 20 minute drive. We drove from clarksville TN. to Cools Springs to look at the car and fell in love with it....... just what we wanted. We worked with Ariel and Mark on the purchase and the financing everything went really smooth. They had the car all cleaned up, gassed up and ready to go. Our experience was a really good experience during the time we were there. I have to say that the dealership is really nice and so are the staff.
