We were on our way to the mall in Cool Springs and just decided to stop for fun and see what they had. I asked about a 2018 white rav 4 (my dream car) and Craig immediately went and got it for a test drive. I fell in love with it!! Craig made the process as stress free as possible and was very encouraging and answered every single question I had. I dealt with Chad for financing and he was also great!! He took time to explain everything to me and instead of trying to force me to get extra warranty plans and whatever else they had to offer, he explained what they were and let me decide.
