However, I expected my car to be available the next day (literally 8 hours of labor), but ended up waiting an additional 2 hours to receive my vehicle. If expectations were set properly, I would gladly have waited until my vehicle was ready to pick it up instead of sitting and waiting for two hours for completion. I want to stress, I am very happy with the work done on my vehicle. I am extremely satisfied with my vehicle's performance. My only complaint is with the expectation set. I have worked previously with Andre and have had nothing but excellent experiences with him but didn't have the same experience during this visit. More
