This service center does not offer complimentary car wash. My Lexus dealer washes my car when they service it with an oil change. I purchased tires through this dealership on my Genius a year ago a wash. My Lexus dealer washes my car when they service it with an oil change. I purchased tires through this dealership on my Genius a year ago and they did not offer complimentary tire rotation like other dealers. Next time I will purchase tires at Costco. Advisor Jasmin was excellent excellent but a full greasy handprint on the passenger side dash. Took a pic but was there 2 hrs or so for an oil change and needed to leave.
