My recall inspection appointment was scheduled for 745am on a Friday and there was no contact on the status of the car all day. Not even a courtesy call to tell me the car would be kept overnight. The following day (Saturday) no one answered the phone. No one called me back after leaving a voicemail. I was without my car for over 3 days without warning. After picking it up Monday morning, 3 emergency lights popped up on the dashboard. I had to bring it back in that afternoon to be checked again. More

This was a great experience from the salesman to the cashier to the finance officer. Everyone was courteous and explained everything to me. I had my mind made up as to what vehicle I want. You all were absolutely fantastic to deal with. I had to come all the way from Gulfport Mississippi to have my antenna replaced on my Kona because the Hyundai dealership in Gulfport work and lately unwillin come all the way from Gulfport Mississippi to have my antenna replaced on my Kona because the Hyundai dealership in Gulfport work and lately unwilling to work with me and get my vehicle in before the warranty was over. They also stated that even if they ordered the part it would have to be installed and complete before my warranty expired in order for it to be covered under my warranty. That was not the case with Metairie Hyundai. I highly recommend them to everybody I know!!! More
