It often takes a few phone calls just to get someone in service to answer FB phone. My car was in for an oil change and tire rotation in late April and for THREE DAYS in late June just to install a dead ba service to answer FB phone. My car was in for an oil change and tire rotation in late April and for THREE DAYS in late June just to install a dead battery. The service manager promised to call me back in 3-4 days in April after he communicated with Hyundai. He basically accused me of driving like a race car driver because 2 tires are so badly worn for (less than) 20,000 miles. He was supposedly inquiring about Hyundai replacing at least one of the tires at no charge. Within 2 days of the battery replacement (June 25th), a soft panel was hanging underneath my car near the right front tire with only 2 of the 4 screws. Other than the RETIRED service manager, everyone has been very professional WHEN I finally get someone on the phone. More

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Horrible service the last 3x I have visited. Things undone. Will not be returning for a while...maybe when staffing has changed.
