On top of that, the service is painfully fast, but the appointment process is a joke "bring your car at this time on this day... it'll be seen in a couple of days after" , turning what should have been a quick diagnostic into a days-long ordeal. To make matters worse, one of the employees picking up the phone is rude and act like helping you is a massive inconvenience and hanging up on you. Save yourself the headache and take your car to the dealer across the bay. More

After a signed Retail Installment Sale Contract and delivery of my vehi We had one of the worst car buying experiences ever at Hyundai of Mobile. After a signed Retail Installment Sale Contract and delivery of my vehicle, we were later contacted and pressured to return for emergency brake repair due to faulty brakes. Instead of handling the situation professionally and honestly, we received repeated phone calls and texts from Hector Espinal. He never asked for the vehicle's return but called the police with the intent to file a false police report for a stolen vehicle. The vehicle was never stolen; he personally gave the vehicle and gave a 2000 discount. If any crime was committed, Hector Espinal committed fraud just to meet his quota. We were also told the vehicle's brakes were unsafe, despite the dealership having allowed the vehicle to leave the lot. When we requested written documentation supporting that claim, none was provided. The entire experience left us feeling intimidated and misled. A dealership should stand behind the contracts it signs and communicate honestly with its customers, not use pressure tactics after the sale to scheme customers for their own benefit, which is exactly what Hector Espinal did. Because of this experience, we are seeking legal action and have an active case. I encourage anyone purchasing a vehicle here to be very careful. Read every document, ask questions about financing, and keep copies of all communications. Our experience has been extremely disappointing, and I cannot recommend doing business with this dealership. This guy was brought in from Florida, making the company look bad. His words is he's good at what he does and can make a deal go through, this mean he will do anything to meet his quota. More

Misleading advertising that vehicle was available, when it was not. Showed us a different vehicle, which we liked, but had no key for the topper shell and only had one key ( not original). My driver's side door works great now. I can get in and out again without having to go through the passenger's side; however, I asked them to take a look at the passenger handle as well. The bottom on it got shifted somehow and no longer works. When I got home, I realized it wasn't fixed. I don't even know if they looked at it in not. I'm disappointed. More

I will never use this dealership again. When they changed the oil in my 2022 Santa Fe, with less than 29000 miles on it, they did not put any oil back into it. When I went out to start my car the oil light came on and it was making a loud clanking noise. Also when I dropped my car off the attendant in the service department lost my keys. He came and asked me if I had them. I told him that I gave them to him. He had to search for them. More
