I bought a truck here yesterday, and the process was super easy.and fairly quick. Faster than any of vehicle purchases. My salesman, Prince, was excellent. He really knew his vehicles. Great place to get a new car from went to Kia to get a new car a few years ago and they looked at my credit and tossed my key back and said there is nothing we can do for you . Everybody treated me perfectly, gave me a vice to go by the only person that had an issue was the finance person he needs to go back to customer service school and not look into peoples pockets cause he do the only person that had an issue was the finance person he needs to go back to customer service school and not look into peoples pockets cause he don’t know what people are facing pushing items being a little pushy and then not explaining the Finance company just pushing it through. I’m a former insurance agent. I explained everything to my customers, and I wasn’t going fast enough to sign the papers considering my last card deal. I had a lot of concerns and I wanted to look over the paperwork very carefully, but this was all addressed with the general manager of this location, but everybody else I give them infinity and stars for customer service service help and efficiency except for the Finance person that handled my deal. Absolutely lied to my face telling me the truck I’m buying had “small paint correction near front bumper” I went to body shop, and body shop said the only thing they weren’t painting was hood and roof. buying had “small paint correction near front bumper” I went to body shop, and body shop said the only thing they weren’t painting was hood and roof. Every bit of body besides that had EXTENSIVE damage. I have pics. Sales mgr told me twice “minor paint correction at front bumper” Oh yeah truck was lifted and low profile mud tires on it also. I didn’t buy that truck setup like that. Wasn’t disclosed on any of the condition it was in. Needles to say they can’t “get me in anything else” besides a diesel. I didn’t agree to buy a diesel, I agreed to what they lied to me about. I’ve bought numerous vehicles from 1 sales mgr there, and 2 of the salesman. Dk what happened, but I need a truck, and they absolutely lied to me twice. Oh well. I’ll let everyone know this story as long as I can for sure. Very sad it came to this. More
