I recently brought my 2025 Hyundai Elantra in for Its 2nd oil change after purchasing the vehicle about 6 months ago. Overall, the customer service during my visit was good, and the staff was polite and prof oil change after purchasing the vehicle about 6 months ago. Overall, the customer service during my visit was good, and the staff was polite and professional. However, I was very disappointed to learn that the “Super Wash” service that was included when I purchased my vehicle is no longer being honored because the dealership has new ownership. This does not feel fair to customers who made purchasing decisions based on the benefits and services that were promised at the time of sale. One of the reasons I chose Hyundai was because of the extras and customer perks that came with my purchase. Being told those benefits are no longer valid only 6 months later is frustrating and leaves me feeling misled. I hope Hyundai and the dealership reconsider how situations like this are handled so loyal customers are not negatively affected by ownership changes they had nothing to do with. More
