When I arrived for the service I was informed that the part was not available for repair and that I would need to return for the repairs. When I did it was repaired with no problems. The dealership needs to do a better job of notifying owners regarding parts availability !! More

It took 10 days after signing over our lein free title and leaving our car to get a check. We waited 8 days for a check and then made numerous calls to get paid. I think the people that helped us did all they could, but there is a definitely a problem with the program if they cant pay for a purchased car in a timely fashion. More
