As the technician was finishing up, he accidentally dropped a tool on the hood of my car. Roy Landis , a wonderful service manager, came right out to talk to me about a scratch put on my car during the incident. I so appreciated their honesty! They gave me a loaner car , buffed it out nicely , and I was satisfied with the experience. Many places may have tried to ignore their mishap. Roy has the utmost integrity in dealing with his customers! More
Responsive I arrived on time for my appt but no one greated me so I went inside. No one asked if I needed help and it was unclear who I should address. A woman I arrived on time for my appt but no one greated me so I went inside. No one asked if I needed help and it was unclear who I should address. A woman at a desk said, someone will be right with you but made no attempts to find someone to help or direct me to the right place. Finally, one of the service asst managers Joe Milone, asked if he could help. I told him I wasn’t greated by anyone and felt that I wasn’t being helped. He apologized and asked why I was there. I told him and he jumped into action. He took my info, went out to the car to get further info, when I asked if I could also get my car washed, he asked if I wanted it vacuumed and my wheels shined. I felt he went out of the way to make up for me not being helped right away. I waited an hour+ before I went back to the desk and the service manager went back to see when it was ready. The car was and they brought it out and it looked great. Joe turned around this experience. If he hadn’t gone out of his way to make me happy, this rating would have been much lower. More

He was very knowledgeable and made our decision a 'no brainer' to buy a new vehicle. He helped us find the vehicle that would meet our needs for both style and costs. Once we agreed on our 2019 Sonata SEL, then we had a nice experience finishing our paperwork with Marc Nessel in the Finance department. This is our fourth Hyundai and we want to say that New Port Richey Hyundai Service Department is the best around. More
