She even took us to another lot to see if we could find a better fit for us there. By then, it was too late as we had already fallen in love with the Santa Fe that we were driving. She was low pressure and very informative. We received a great deal and she went out of her way to explain how to use all the gadgets and link up my phone. If you need a Hyundai, go see Faith. Most Professional Group I've Work With I've bought 5 new cars in my life, each from a different dealer. 3 of those were with 3 different Hyundai Dealers. Of the 3 Hyundai dealers I've wor I've bought 5 new cars in my life, each from a different dealer. 3 of those were with 3 different Hyundai Dealers. Of the 3 Hyundai dealers I've worked with I found Hyundai of New Port Ritchey to be the easiest, most honest and direct dealer to work with. Shane was amazing to work with. There were 4 or 5 sales guys huddling around the entrance, we were there earlier in the morning, and he was the only one who stepped up and greeted us. Immediately Shane made us feel at home and started asking what was important to us. He saw that we were coming from a Jeep Commander and immediately knew what we needed. He talked to us about the Tucson when we told him we wanted a cheaper budget. He explained to us he wouldn't have anything that big, but something just as safe. He keyed in on our family's need for safety, decent gas mileage, low maintenance and good hauling space. We had poor credit, and needed a cosigner. There was no judgement from Shane, which I have experienced at other dealerships. Its tough enough to ask someone to help out with this, let alone tell another adult that you need credit help. Shane was awesome. Contract signing was quick and efficient. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name, because he was awesome as well. Made us feel at home while he went through and did all of the computer paperwork. He was quick and efficient and explained everything in good detail about what we were signing. Follow up after the sale was amazing. Shane called me at least 3 times to follow up on getting my old license plate back to me, and get a second key for my car. My entire experience with Hyundai of New Port Rtichey was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
