Felix saved the sale!!!! I visited the showroom 3 days ago, I told the salesman what I wanted and,hoping to pay on a lease. I think I am a good customer, have leased 5 or 6 I visited the showroom 3 days ago, I told the salesman what I wanted and,hoping to pay on a lease. I think I am a good customer, have leased 5 or 6 cars from them and was trading in one, still leasing a Tuson. I was never shown a car, nor,had a chance to discuss another model other than my Santa Fe. The salesman brought over a manager I was told "it all about crunching the numbers" I replied "well crunch the numbers" Manager "can't do! it have a good weekend"! Just rude! I have never been in a dealership in and out in 20 minutes. Next day made an appointment with 2 other Hyundai dealerships. One asked me to call and find out how many month was left on my lease and my mileage allotment. When I called I got FELIX, he talked me in coming back in,results were I left with a car. He was courteous and got right down to business. I left feeling much better, I thought after all these years, I had been treated badly. Felix is the only salesman I will deal with in the future. New Port Hyundi, you should be ashamed. More
