Oil Change Appointment Longer than expected wait. Oil change took 90 minutes. Other customers came in after me and were done before me. Dirt on the car mat which was cle Longer than expected wait. Seat was fully reclined, mirrors had been changed , radio was blasting and air was on high. I had turned it off before handing over the keys. Mud splashed on the exterior. Frank was very pleasant but service tech was sloppy. More

Delayed warranty work on my Vera Cruz. Mary did an outstanding job in getting delayed approval for warranty replacement of an alternator for my Vera Cruz. I bought the car at this dealership and have had it serviced here for over 10 years. The quality of this service is why I have not replaced it over the years. was charged twice for extended warranty 3k didnt ask for it. Remember to review all paperwork you sign, I was rushed through it and when I did try to slow it down the guy seemed to get upset.
