Part of the game which cost me an additional $300.00. I now realize if I would have stayed firm with my $6000. offer or walk out the door, he would have agreed. All part of the game. My only other suggestion is that in my past sales I was always in a private room with my salesman and this time I was in the main room with every customer listening in on my sale and my finances. My salesman was very informative and knowledgeable about the vehicle however I found out after the deal that the vehicle does not have a CD player which I wanted, My fault for not inquiring. Also the $50.00 Visa card bonus is not happening as we speak until I call the 800 number on Monday. More

RIP OFF On August 24th purchased a vehicle. The price was not a fair price. I went back on 8/26 showing that another dealer had the same identical car for a On August 24th purchased a vehicle. The price was not a fair price. I went back on 8/26 showing that another dealer had the same identical car for almost $2k less. Shawn honored and we resigned a new contract. When I got my first statement from the lender the original contract price was on the statement. I called bank and thought it might take a few days for the new contract to be established in their system. After many call and a couple of visits both bank and dealer said it could not be corrected. How can it not be corrected when I have a signed contract. I have a signed contract that is not being honored. I will need to hire my attorney. More

Their prices were much better and I got a value Tucson which was better than the SE and got a great price on it and for my trade in. The salesman Rob Hamm was very nice and kept my sister and I laughing. His help after the purchase was as good as before which shows he wasn't nice just to sell a car!! I can't remember the manager's name, but he came by and was very nice. More
