He got me an even BETTER DEAL than I wanted with the full benefits of a new car. The boys in customer service are very nice also. It turns out my car had a problem. When I took it in to get fixed. Long wait I had a concern with one windshield wiper streaking. Just one wiper. I made the appointment the week before. After waiting almost 2 hours I told the r I had a concern with one windshield wiper streaking. Just one wiper. I made the appointment the week before. After waiting almost 2 hours I told the representative I had another appointment, so if they hadn’t started on my wiper I needed to go and reschedule. The lady told me that unfortunately cars were taken in the order they came in. I told her I had an appointment and she said everyone else did too. She did call a man from the service area who helped immediately. In the future I will go to an auto parts store where I can have a wiper installed in 5 minutes. A warranty loses its value if the time to receive service outweighs the service. More
