Great Dealership/Great Experience/Great Salesperson We dealt with Scott Spieler over the internet for a couple days before we even went in to the dealership. Scott was so helpful with all our questions and finally he gave us an out the door price which was acceptable. He even told us what our Hyundai Tucson was worth on trade in and told us it could be worth more when we brought it in for inspection......and it was worth a little more. When we arrived we went around looking at the available cars with our specifications and many of them had already been sold. They did not have the color we were looking for and offered to look around at their sister dealership and other dealers in the area; however, they offered to make an even better deal if we took something on the lot. The deal was so sweet we couldn't turn it down. In addition, after the deal was finalized, Scott offered to put a few things on the car at no charge which he did not have to do. After the deal, we went into the Financing Department to have all the paperwork done and the transfer of tags. In the past we have spent HOURS signing paperwork. Matt was so personable, answered all our questions and took a look at the previous car we purchased and asked if we would like any of the after purchase items on the new car. We said no, and we were done. No pushy sales people, no pushy finance officer. WOW~ This is our 4th Hyundai purchased from this dealership, and at this point in time, would not go anywhere else to purchase a car. In less than an hour my truck had been evaluated, a price on the new Velocitor, and the financing in place. shortly after that I had signed the documentation completes with new plates. I couldn't be more pleased with the deal, the service, and the overall experience. Anyone in the New Port Richey area looking for new Hyundai should visit this dealership first. I highly recommend this dealer and Shane Ippolito as a salesman. More

Everywhere I went I felt attacked as soon as I arrived, several pushy and dishonest salesman made me think twice about purchasing my car there. My first experience at Hyundai was incredible! Shane Ippolito approached us and helped me pick a car that I really liked. He was very easygoing and helpful. We spent many hours at the dealership test driving several different cars. Shane walked up and down the lot searching for different colors and models and we finally found the perfect car! He has incredible patience and fulfilled every one of our requests. He is very knowledgeable about the cars. He assisted us in finding the right car at the right price and I would highly recommend him to everyone. More

buyer beware Loved Felix and David. Personality tenfold. I was walking out with a car no matter what, and was pleased with Felix's choice. I came armed with my Loved Felix and David. I came armed with my loan rates and David was able to do better still when I told him I had a better rate than what he originally gave me. My disappointment came when I presented the advertisement that offered a 500.00 gift card if I bought a new car. Lo and behold, the price of my car just went up if I wanted to pursue that. So in other words, I would be tacking an additional 500.00 on my car loan, paying finance charges and no small print to advise that. Why does Rip Off come to mind at that point. My next disappointment came with followup calls as I only received 1 key with my car. Never had a call returned from Felix which was a bummer as I thought very highly of him. I even referred him to a friend who bought her car shortly after me, and Felix did call to say thank you and I would receive a 100.00 referral bonus. Nice I thought, although I would have referred her anyway. I mentioned the key to Felix and never heard from him again, but on 2/18/14, I did finally receive my key in an envelope with no notes. Nice touch. And by the way, I'm still waiting for that 100.00 referral bonus which to date I have not received. I would recommend you again, I would just let my friends know that they should shop around first and beware of anything that sounds too good to be true as they would probably be paying for it in the end. I will be trading in my car, in the next 12 - 18 months for a SUV and will come back as I now know how you work, but I will shop around first so I can get a better deal and will not fall for any of your giveaways as they are in reality buyaways. My recommendation to you is to not make offers that you do not give full disclosure on and don't tell people you pay for referrals if they buy and then do not. I would have referred you guys anyway. I will be back as I am a glutton for punishment, but the next time I will know better. More
Best Salesman I've ever encountered. I was highly recommended to Felix Nieves III by word on mouth at a party. I called and made an appointment with him. The first 5mins. of my conversation I new I was going to buy a car from Mr. Nieves. His straight out friendliness and knowledge about what he does overwhelmed me. He told me there wasn't anything he could not accomplish, that I was on the right track by getting a car from Hyundai. He believes in your company 100% spoke nothing but how good your cars are and how dependable they are. Mr. Nieves also speaks highly about the whole staff and how Hyundai is a team and family oriented. He did not know he had me sold then.. I trust in a person who is confident in himself and at the same time gives credit to those who work around him. As for Mr. Nieves III as I expected kind and true to his words. He greeted me asked me what I was looking for and what I could afford. Mr Nieves just did a complete brake down of what your car can do for me and he knows his stuff.. Down to the safety in a car accident, to how reliable your car was. He explained the Navigation, bluelink, radio, the 3 different drives I could use ect. echo, sport, and trip. If there was a button in my car he made sure he should me how it worked and also let me do it on my own. I've have sent him a few referrals already.. Felix called me on my way home so I could see how the blue tooth works in the car.. I started to cry. Never had such a great experience in my life. He does this because he loves his job and it's not always about a paycheck. You have a True Salesman at Hyundai Felix Nieves III I'll be sending a lot more referrals due to Mr. Nieves.
