During a service for our 2013 velostar I was walk around the lot just looking waiting for our car , Shane came up to us and ask if we needed a drink and if we are looking at any thing special . Great dealership I would like to thank Felix Nieves III,I brought my lady friend in to see Felix as he sold her a suv last year.She had a lot of problem last year,Husb I would like to thank Felix Nieves III,I brought my lady friend in to see Felix as he sold her a suv last year.She had a lot of problem last year,Husband died of cancer,children robbed her of her life savings.Felix made a deal last year with her,that was wonderful.She had to file bankruptcy this year.That being said,I told her let's go see Felix at Hyundai of New Port Richey."She said I can't get a new suv" Well I took her to Felix. She up graded to a 2014 loaded,with a lower interest rate.I asked to see the general manager.I never would have imagined that I would be speaking with Mr Frazier the owner.Not knowing he was the owner,I proceeded to tell him about his salesman Felix.I told in all my years of buying cars,I had never had a salesman go over a cars safety features like he did.Right down to how the Hyundai crush points how they were made.We never talked about buying or price.We where so impressed we purchased one from Felix.I also told him to keep him, people like Felix don't come around often.This year another sales person made a cold call, which sparked are interest.So we went to Felix of course.He spent the time last sale,to explain in detail, every detail of the car.What a wonderful dealership to do business.I can't remember the young man who did the finance paper work.What a gentlemen,and professional.Thank You Mr Frazier.Felix your a diamond in the ruff.Thank you so much for all you have done for Sue.
