The process was good overall- we visited the facility months ago when we began the shopping process. We knew which vehicle that we wanted to buy it was just the timing that we were waiting on. We were pregnant and waiting for the baby to get here. Baby showed up Friday so we came in to get a larger vehicle. Felix was very professional and available on the appointment time. He showed us the vehicle that we wanted and gave a great tour of the vehicle and test drive. Once we decided to move on and start with the financing process. Felix showed us the options that we were looking for. He listened and delivered specifically what we were looking for. We also explained our financial situation and what we could afford and it took some time but Felix was able to get us into the vehicle we wanted within the price range we set. At no point or time did we feel pressured or mis-lead. None of the negative cliche's about the car buying experiences took place. This was a very strong buying experience. I was able to provide my wife with a car that she can travel safely with my new baby. I am extremely happy with Felix and Hyundai of New Port Richey. I recommend them to anyone who is interested in getting into a new vehicle. More
