My husband, Mike, and I had reasons to buy 6 cars from Hyundai of New Port Richey in 13 months, from April of 2012 thru and including May of 2013. My husband had purchased a 2010 Elantra from Harry Hahn a Hyundai of New Port Richey in 13 months, from April of 2012 thru and including May of 2013. My husband had purchased a 2010 Elantra from Harry Hahn and my Husband wanted to upgrade his car right before Easter 2012. The process was smooth and non-stressful. Other dealers have taken all day to process the paperwork, but not Hyundai! The Finance Manager was quick, professional and thorough. In June 2012, I received a small settlement that allowed me to buy a 2013 Accent. In August, my husband and I returned from Michigan and my husband needed an oil change for the Elantra. My husband got the oil changed and traded in the Elantra for a 2013 Sonata. In September 2013, my sister needed to trade in one of our cars, so we went to Hyundai of New Port Richey to trade in a Chevrolet for a new 2013 Sonata. (Great rebates and a cash incentive to lease the Sonata. In December, I saw a Sports Edition Sonata that I really wanted to own, so I traded in the 2013 Sonata that I bought in September 2013 for the Sports Edition that I liked even better. THEN my Husband decided to get an Elantra, rather than the Sonata that we bought in August, 2013. We have never owned so many new cars, especially in a year. Every visit that resulted in a new car purchase was handled efficiently and with the best customer service we have ever encountered. No request was impossible and everyone went out of their way to help us purchase the best of the vehicles that Hyundai had to offer. Only once did we need service with all of the cars and none of the cars were in the shop for repairs. The one service call that we needed was handled by Mary Kezemides and we were more than happy when she got my husband right in to look at the code that popped up for a minor problem and she insured that my husband got to work on time. I misunderstood a promotion at the time that I bought my car in December 2012 and Harry Hahn took time out of his day to straighten out my account with Hyundai Blue Link and got me a refund. All while being pleasant and apologetic when I was the one who misunderstood. Customer service is paramount at this dealership and everyone is beyond helpful. To say that we would go to this dealership for any new car that we need and that we would refer any of our friends to this dealership is a given. We love the cars and even more, we like the helpful employees who go above and beyond to make their customers happy. More

WOW what a great place to get our car serviced. I was told God Bless you from a service writer . Great customer service is very hard to come by now a days. so many people only do what they have to to get told God Bless you from a service writer . Not the case here at Hyundai of New Port Richey. It almost seemed like Raymond built the car himself and was sorry it was having a problem.I will never choose anywhere else for service again. My car was clean when I got it back. WAY to Go. God will bless your business if you treat customer like I was treated and from what we seen in the short time we were there they did. everyone we seen that worked in service area was awesome. More

I went in and got my 2010 Hyundai serviced for a recall. As I am waiting in the waiting there was this gentleman giving a Sales Associate a run for his money. I couldn't get over how patient this sales as As I am waiting in the waiting there was this gentleman giving a Sales Associate a run for his money. I couldn't get over how patient this sales associate Felix was. After 1/2 hour watching what was going on I said to that sale person Felix I would like to look at some cars. No problem after I finish with this customer I will help you. Awhile later I got a tap and Felix asked are you ready. I said I am waiting for my car at service. He said give me a minute I will let them know. Back he came and we looked at a few cars I like the Elantra's with a grey interior. I didn't want black. Felix said we have a blue one. Well it was gone . We passed the truck delivery and I said to Felix I like that Blue car on the truck. The next thing I knew that car on that truck that just came in was going to be mine. I couldn't get over how fast it got off the truck. Felix and I was on our way out of the dealership and a guy hit us in the back. Felix took it right over to sand it out comes back asked me what do you want, tell us what we can do for you . Well I signed for a lease for 4 year Well the dealership worked out a deal with me and later that day I was in my car. I am hoping this lease works for me I never leased before. Felix gave me his number to call him anytime. I have done that with many questions. Keep up the good work Felix and thank the owner for me for his help. More
This dealership was amazing! Shane is so helpful and made sure it was as smooth and easy as possible for me. I've bought 2 cars from Shane and each time was no hassle AT ALL!
