Excellent, as usual I have owned two Hyundai Sonatas and have always chosen Hyundai of New Port Richey to take care of my cars. This latest visit was more of the same -- I have owned two Hyundai Sonatas and have always chosen Hyundai of New Port Richey to take care of my cars. This latest visit was more of the same -- pleasant intake employees and an excellent service representative, this time Amanda Murphy. She discovered that there was a recall of which I was unaware and asked me if I wanted to take care of it at the same time as routine service, which I did. All in all, another completely satisfactory visit. More

12000 service and oil change I’m always treated with respect and as a valued customer by the service department. The service team goes above and beyond the standard of my expectat I’m always treated with respect and as a valued customer by the service department. In comparison to today’s lack of interest and pride of today’s employees in the service department it’s always refreshing to be treated so well!!! Lousy Had a appointment at 5:00 for a free oil change. Mary looked up account, stated I was due for 15,000 check up st $130. Told her just an oil change. Would have done it if the free oil change was deducted. But no, not allowed. Told her again just the oil change. Was told to get tire rotation and fluids at $39. Agreed to it, due to the implied guilt. Was summoned to desk and was told needed more fluids and alignment. Shall we do it now? Really? You’re expert mechanic took two hours for an hour change. Don’t trust his recommendations. Will take it to my HONEST mechanic. Still had to wait for the car wash. This shouldn’t have taken more than 1/2 hour. I had to throw away garbage, was sitting there for hours. Mary called me Patty, very disrespectful and unprofessional. More
