Excellent Service I brought my 2015 in to NPR Hyundai Service because the bottom cushion on the driver side, seemed like it failed. They looked it over and ordered a n I brought my 2015 in to NPR Hyundai Service because the bottom cushion on the driver side, seemed like it failed. They looked it over and ordered a new cushion and leather cover. I came back in for the install and the color didn't match. They ordered again, and the color matched perfectly fine. However, after the leather and cushion were installed the leather had a few hairline wrinkles in a few areas. Kevin, the service advisor who is fantastic, said to give it a few weeks. If it they don't smooth out bring it back. The wrinkles didn't change and I brought it back. They actually called up a person who specializes in seat upholstery, and they took the seat. The seat came back and it is real nice! Kudos to Kevin and NPR Hyundai for stepping up and getting it done. Once again, NPR Hyundai maintains it's excellent service reputation. When it happened a second time for a different cylinder, she was right on it, again handled rental, an I could not have been taken care of better. They changed the remaking 3 coils and gave me a comped oil change! More

Equus Owner: Problem Fixed? Lets Hopelessness I am modifying my review based on the service we finally received. It appears that our issue has been fixed. I do wish it would of been addressed ear I am modifying my review based on the service we finally received. It appears that our issue has been fixed. I do wish it would of been addressed earlier than what it was. The Service Department finally reached out to the Engineers that help reaolved our issue. I would recommend going to the service department based on our last interaction and attention given to our issue. More
