Was told one thing,they do another To make long story short, my car was towed in because of a blown engine! (It’s less than 2yrs old). I live about an hour from the dealership and had t To make long story short, my car was towed in because of a blown engine! (It’s less than 2yrs old). I live about an hour from the dealership and had to get a rental for a few days till they figured out problem and warranty. I was reassured that they would pay my rental bill, then I was told that I would have to pay it and they would reimburse me when I picked up my car, not to mention I have to drive to the dealership twice to switch out cars because they decided I should just have a loaner car because mine was taking so long to repair. My car took 3 months to repair and when I went to pick it iup I expected to get a reimbursement check also since that’s what I was told (I have that in writing) I did not receive a check that day and since then have been told it could take a few weeks! ITS BEEN OVER 3 MONTHS! Thats how long they had my car! Not to mention it does not run right! More

October visit I came in for my scheduled appointment & was promptly taken. As I was giving her my info, she informed me of a contract that I had that I wasn’t aware I came in for my scheduled appointment & was promptly taken. As I was giving her my info, she informed me of a contract that I had that I wasn’t aware of and that the service I was going to have was covered.
