Horrible dealer I took my car in for service it was suppose to be kept for a few days! I didn’t get it back for a week! They said they were waiting on a part! Problem I took my car in for service it was suppose to be kept for a few days! I didn’t get it back for a week! They said they were waiting on a part! Problem being I took it in a month earlier and I had a 1:00 appointment! I was there 6 hrs. They said an appointment just means you will get seen that day the time means nothing. They did work on my ax but never checked the tube which was clogged hence the second visit! They never have loaner cars! While I waited the first time 6 people came up to me to get me to buy a new car when my car was only 2 yrs old. There were so many I don’t rememutheir names! With my last car they didn’t catch the mistakes they made but the dealer in Chicago caught it right away! I only use this one in an emergency because it’s the only one close to me. The girls in the service were very nice and understanding though! They are the only positive things about this dealership! Mary is the only reason you are getting this good of a rating! More

Battery replacement I was very pleased they were able to get me in so quickly, especially on a Sunday. The only thing is I wish they would have run it through the wash l I was very pleased they were able to get me in so quickly, especially on a Sunday. Fast and efficient I usually make my appointments with Roy as he makes me feel he can be trusted to only recommend services that are due or needed. Although Barry Roach normally would take care of me he was off, Amanda Murphy jumped in and took great care of me getting my job done ahead of schedule and keeping me informed while I waited. The car wash was the only deficient part of this experience. I was told there was some sort of spot-free drying spray that was used but there were water spots on mirrors windows and the car body. I think the car wash should include drying the car. Amanda and the crew were awesome thanks for a great service experience! More
