This time I dealt with a rude service employee who didn’t bother to check my service a Always seem to have an awful experience at this service center. This time I dealt with a rude service employee who didn’t bother to check my service appointment or contact information (which was all wrong) and then when I called 3 hours later to find out the status of my car (on a simple oil change that was promised to be only an hour) she could not be found and I had to wait for a manager to call me with an update. Overall bad experience, just months after my last god awful experience where I car was “misplaced.” If it weren’t for my warranty, I’d never go back. More

Roxanne gave a walk around inspection to the car and identified issues that I missed. Although a bit lengthy she managed to warranty a couple and offered her professional recommendations on how to proceed. She arranged for my wife to get breakfast, driven there and picked up. She resolved all my issues and worked with us above and beyond. I would highly recommend Roxanne as a contact in the service department. She is awesome, professional and a great advocate for Hyundai of New Port Richey! More
