Repeat services are not good I've been to this dealership service now 7 times within a 5 week time frame. (With a new vehicle). The interior threshold molding was installed poor I've been to this dealership service now 7 times within a 5 week time frame. (With a new vehicle). The interior threshold molding was installed poorly compared to the factory installation. But it was the best they could do I suppose. I'm not satisfied with the way it looks and am waiting to hear from corporate. Supposed to hear from them weeks ago but I guess to them i am not important. Sad but true. Was lied to about car problems took it to another shop radia Had brought my car two other places they both ripped me off said I'll just bring it to the dealership they tried to rip me off said I hit something th Had brought my car two other places they both ripped me off said I'll just bring it to the dealership they tried to rip me off said I hit something that caused the problems so I was like ok I have full coverage I'll put in a claim had to wait for the adjuster to go look at the car it took a week then he told me he didn't see where I had hit or drove over anything and didn't see a problem with the radiator. So glad I have full coverage or I would have probly paid them to rip me off but the bad part is I was with out a car for a week spent over $150.00 to get to and from work when if he would have just told the truth that it was just the heater core it would have given me the choice to have it fixed there or take it somewhere else. Instead he cost me more time and money. I will never go back there again unless I have to pick up a part and get the work done somewhere else. I went to cartune on Grand Blvd did a great job got it done in one day with warranty on parts and service. More
