I drive a 2017 Hyundai Sonata Sport, never had an accident. I took it in to replace one of the front LED driving lights, interior lights that don’t turn on when the door opens (otherwise they work), accident. I took it in to replace one of the front LED driving lights, interior lights that don’t turn on when the door opens (otherwise they work), power window control from driver seat and an oil leak. I was required to pay $270 diagnostic check (outrageous) before they would do anything. After the diagnostic was done, without calling me and explaining the issues and the bill, they sent me an email with a $6200 bill. Yes 6k. My car is maybe worth 10k. in insurance terms, my car is totaled. After all these issues, I had to bite the bullet on the $270 and I ended up getting just an oil change. I noticed on the receipt they gave me that they used the wrong oil. I told them the correct oil and it is listed on the oil cap. they “typed it in wrong” but the oil was right???? Very untrustworthy. Racking up items to bill you. The goal for the service dept is to charge you so much for maintenance that you just buy a new car. Never going here again. AVOID THE SERVICE CENTER AT ALL COST More
I’ve had a few service issues in the past, and didn’t really receive much assistance from the old management. But it seems to me that Neela ahmadzai the customer relations manager for Lehman Hyundai Gene really receive much assistance from the old management. But it seems to me that Neela ahmadzai the customer relations manager for Lehman Hyundai Genesis genuinely cares about customers. She stayed on top of my request and concern. And kept myself and my wife updated throughout the whole process. She gave us a full free tank of gas and they complete detail. Due to lack of care of old management. I highly recommend the new service department that they have available. Great job. More
My mother and I have been going to a Lehman Hyundai Genesis service center for the past year. I was literally about to give up on their poor quality of service until one day I received a phone call fro Genesis service center for the past year. I was literally about to give up on their poor quality of service until one day I received a phone call from Neela. Not only was she able to promptly assist me and my mother, but also went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. Anytime I want to go to the dealership I reach out to her directly and she takes care of everything for us. Such an easy smooth process. I wish everyone had work ethics like she does. More
My vehicle was towed to Lehman Hyundai on 8/16/2023. Dewis Avila was the gentlemen who took my keys and a form he had me to complete about my vehicle and what the problem was. He said it would be ~ 2 weeks or sooner to hear back from him. I have not heard anything about my vehicle and many calls to the service department for a status have been unsuccessful. Using the information on the business card for Dewis, by phone (the first number goes to a voicemail that says Subaru of North Miami; and the other phone number has a voicemail of someone else) e-mails are kicked back as undeliverable. Brandon pretty much gave me the brush off when I spoke with him on 8/28/2023. "Andy" was the only one who told me the system showed "in progress" for my vehicle 8/29/2023 and was very apologetic for the lack of communication. Andy said he would get a message to Henry, Service Manager to contact me which has not happened. This is the worst experience I have had with a Hyundai dealership. No communication at all and this is unacceptable. More

Went to the dealership to change my oil and I waited over three hours. Neela Ahmadzi was awesome came to speak with me and she was able to give me a voucher for my next oil change three hours. I told them call Neela and tell her I want her car !! They got me a loaner 😂 I think 18 days no AC is absolutely unacceptable. My SUV is 3 yrs old with 5400 miles.They need to do better.Thank God for Andrew he stepped up and helped me.Dawn in the service dept is not a people person!! Neela was great More
