We found ourselves in need of a car after ours was totaled in an accident. Of course the car was sold, and the local dealership couldn’t do much to find a similar model. We called around, and OP Hyundai went through a lot of effort to locate the exact model we wanted, and have it sent to their location. We did a TON of research and planning ahead of time, so we had a good idea of what to expect. The pricing was right in line with our research, and we felt that we were being treated on the up and up. What impressed me was that they pretty much accepted our counter offer. Even better, they managed to offer us a better APR than the one we had received, the one were happy with. SO, we were even happier. The overall experience was incredible for the LACK of pressure and stress that we experienced. Afterward, we were given a full review of the functions of the car, and plenty of time was spent with us to be sure we were ready to pull safely out onto the highway.
