We not only fell in love with our new Santa Fe, but learned more about my wife's Elantra than we did after owning it for f salesperson for the first. No one wants to take a new car in for service, but stuff happens. When it did I was met with professionalism and care. My salesman asked me about my problem, my technician worked tirelessly until he had eve happens. When it did I was met with professionalism and care. My car looked better than (OK as good as) the day I bought it. My wife bought her Hyundai from a different dealer (mistakes happen) but when service is needed Hyundai of St Augustine may be a little further, but they go the extra to make the customer happy. They furnished me with a loaner and then delivered the vehicle to me when it was finished. I was not satisfied with the quality of the repair so, without hesitation, they offered a refund or purchase of another vehicle. I did purchase another vehicle same day.
