I gave him my "wish list" of vehicles I might be interested in and he promptly responded with several links to cars that met my parameters. We arranged for a meet, to check out the vehicles. Bird was extremely passionate about his role in making my car purchase as pain-free as possible. He's very friendly and easy to talk to. I explained my financial situation, and he reassured me that he could help me. He showed me a 2010 Sonata that was awesome, I loved the car at first sight. Bird and his teammates worked their magic for a couple hours, and today I am an extremely happy owner of a B-E-A-utiful 2010 Slate Blue Sonata. On Thanksgiving I took the Sonata to Kingsland Ga., to be with two of my Grandsons, and the car handled great, very happy to have found Hyundai of St. Augustine and Bird. Joey was very polite and not pushy about our visit. We have been looking off and on to purchase a new auto for the past three years. We visited your dealership about a year ago and was not impressed with the sales person. This visit was a drive by and lets see what they have in stock. The combination of the right auto and sales person sealed the deal. I believe if we were hard nosed people and shopped around we might have gotten a little better price. But again, right auto, right sales person, we decided to purchase. I did want to have a tow package but they wouldn't throw it in nor offer to split the difference. Had they done that, we would have given a 5 on the price. More

My experience with Hyundai of St. Augustine was excellent! Joseph Cassata came in special to meet me, as he was in training that day. There was a used car there that worked out perfectly, and they came up with financing that could not be beat! I was out of the dealership in just over an hour with everything completed. I could not be happier with the car and the service that I received, and I would recommend this dealership and Joseph to anyone who wants to buy a car!
