Employees, especially Paul Smathers, is very knowledgeable and attentive. After few hours, I received a call from Paul, stating my car is dent-free and waited a little while at the lounge for a quick clean up. We went to another dealer in the area and took a test drive. We got the numbers and told the sales person that we wanted to think about it and get back to her. We were pressed for time and didn't want to drive. We got the numbers and told the sales person that we wanted to think about it and get back to her. We were pressed for time and didn't want to get into a bunch of paperwork for a purchase we were not sure of. She pressed for the signature and money down to hold the car, which we reluctantly did. Later that night I looked online at the same car, same color, same features, but $1000 less. My husband went in to Hyundai of St. Augustine and spoke with Darryl. He asked him if that really was the price or were there hidden fees. Darryl asked what we were looking for and pulled it up and said it was actually a little less. My husband said he wanted to talk to me and that we would be back in the morning, which wasn't a problem for Darryl. We called the other dealer to cancel and met with Darryl the next morning. Darryl was very informative, helpful, and friendly. It was nice to go to a dealer where the "best price" was the upfront price, no haggling, no pressure. I would buy from Hyundai of St Augustine again and would recommend this dealer to anyone...be sure to ask for Darryl! More

I came up to St Augustine (3-23-13) with a friend so she could buy a car. It was one of the worst (weather) days ever, which as we all know can make for a horrible shoping day. However, we were greeted by R could buy a car. It was one of the worst (weather) days ever, which as we all know can make for a horrible shoping day. However, we were greeted by Rosie R and he is the reason I write this review. He was an exceptional help in making her buying experience, which would normally be a very dreaded mundane event, quite the pleasurable experience. He stood out in his kindness, patience, compassion and knowledge. Not only was I impressed with Rosie but I thank God for him because in this crazy chaotic world, once in a while you come across a person who shines and reminds you there are still "good" people around. "Whats in ones heart will show in his actions", very true with Rosie. I would/will recommend St Augustine Hyundai and Rosie as your salesman.
