Exceptional Dealership We have purchased cars here without any problems. On December 23, 2014 we purchased a 2015 Hyundai Tucson Limited. Ron Copeland was our salesman. Whe We have purchased cars here without any problems. On December 23, 2014 we purchased a 2015 Hyundai Tucson Limited. Ron Copeland was our salesman. When we walked through the door he greeted us like a family member. He is professional, knowledgeable and personable. He helped find the perfect car for us. My wife wanted a Red Tucson but, there were none. There was a Black Tucson which we liked but, my wife said she would prefer to see the Red one before making a decision. Ron went to Jimmy Feliciano to see if it were possible to bring up a Red Tucson. Jimmy made it happen even though the car came from miles away from another Hyundai Dealership owned by Hyundai of St Augustine. You could not find a more professional and personable person. The car was brought into the Dealership and we decided on the Red One. Would not have happen without Jimmy's intervention. When it came time to pick up our car Jimmy came and greeted us and asked if everything was alright. After pleasant conversation we thanked him for what he had done to make my wife in particular happy. Eddie Brooks as Jimmy and Ron is also very professional in what he does as well as personable. He explained everything we wanted to know and there was no pressure to purchase any Service agreements. It is because of him that we purchased the platinum Service agreement which will give us peace for ten years. If you do a Service agreement he will make you feel welcome and put you at ease. Bird did not push, prod, coach or pursue but let us decide for which we did do no haggle, no hassle we thought it just great Bird and this Hyundai very highly we rate so happy we are with our used car vehicle without using Bird we would be in a pickle what is the point, the end and the moral I say they're the best and with me you don't quarrel so use St. Augustine Hyundai and Bird for your, next car.
