I saw a car listed in their inventory and stopped by to take a look. My SUV was on it's last legs and I was not sure if I wanted another SUV or downsize to a car. Shawn Michael Hays helped me go through the inventory and explain the features of the vehicles and listed pluses and minuses for each one. His patience was unbelievable, I decided on one vehicle and at the last minute changed my mind and selected another. He took this all in stride an made me feel very comfortable. Due to my work schedule I arrived later than scheduled to complete the purchase (this is where I changed my mind). When called Hyuandi of St Augestine to inquire about a car listed, I was lucky to be given Chris. I made an appt to look at the car and when I arrived Chris had it running with the AC on waiting for my test drive. He then showed me all the features and how to use them. He gave me all the stats and facts and was extremely knowledgable about the car even though it was a KIA. I was given a very fair price that I couldn't match anywhere! Customer service to the max. I am very satisified with my purchase and would highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a car! More
