After doing much research on the Elantra and checking with numerous Hyundai dealerships in Florida and South Georgia...I came to Hyundai of St. Augustine. After inquiring online to the availability of a 2012 Hyundai Elantra with preferred package and a few options, Joey was quick to email me personally. I appreciated his honesty and no pressure sales approach. It was so easy we completed the entire deal via e-mail over the course of three days. I was thoroughly impressed with Joey's knowledge and his timely responses to my e-mails. We were able to agree on my trade-in price and all the details. I never knew that buying a car would be this easy...without ever having to step on the lot..ever. They even delivered the car to me at work just over three hours away from St. Augustine. That's what I call service! I was most impressed with their pricing. There no haggle straight forward pricing is the best in the state. Many other Hyundai dealerships were right around MSRP, some were over and others were slightly lower. Hyundai of St Augustine not only came in under MSRP, they came in under factory invoice. Again, you didn't even need to haggle to get that great price. I was skeptical about how they could offer that price right off the bat. When I did my research I was amazed that their price was right on with being below factory invoice. Check for yourself at truecar.com. This site will tell you exactly what MSRP, factory invoice, what others are paying, what would be a good price and a great price to pay for the car. Hyundai of St Augustine prices were considered a "great" price by the web site's standard. Surely, I knew I was receiving a great deal. After having the buyer's order in hand, I shopped it around to see if any other Hyundai dealership could even come close. I went to my local dealership and they said they didn't know how Hyundai of St Augustine could be offering me the deal and questioned the legitimacy of the buyers order! I provided the buyers order to the #1 Volume Hyundai dealer in Florda, the one that claims because of their high volume sales they have "rock bottom prices". I told him it was for an Elantra with preferred package and a few options. The sales person asked.. for a 2012? Of course I said. He then commented..they came down that far from MSRP?..I replied they came under factory invoice. The salesman for this supposed home of rock bottom prices told me to jump at that price and buy it. He said his dealership wasnt coming off MSRP because of the high demand for the car. I did appreciate his honesty and it only confirmed what I already knew...Hyundai of St Augustine offers the best prices..up front. For those who may be looking to buy a Hyundai...go straight to Hyundai of St Augustine. Don't waste your time, don't waste your money and experience customer service the way its suppose to be. We just drove home in our new 2012 Tuscon and couldn't be happier with our experience with David Bunn and St. Augustine Hyundai. We arrived late in the afternoon just to take a look at a Tuscon that had jus happier with our experience with David Bunn and St. Augustine Hyundai. We arrived late in the afternoon just to take a look at a Tuscon that had just come on the lot. It was the color and package that we were looking for, but we werern't set on buying today. Though we are not frequent car buyers (this was my wife's first new car in 11 years, in the past we have found the car buying process to be exhausting. The last tine we bought a new car we had to go to South Florida because we could not find a local dealer who would play fair. David made it easy for us to move forward with the purchase today due to his relaxed, knowlegeable manner combined with the dealerships straightforward pricing structure. The day the truck finally arrived with my car, he was on the phone to share the good news and to get the car ready for pick up. All of the paperwork was in order when we arrived at the dealership the next day, and Paul greeted us warmly and had us through the purchase process within an hour. He spent an extra 30 minutes after-hours, making sure that I was well-acquainted with the car's extensive features before heading home to Orlando. They are Honest, trustworthy and very prompt with their estimates and needed service. At my old service station, I began to feel like my cars were just dollar signs to them and that I wondered if the recommended services were really necessary. After speaking with Debbie about what was wrong with my 1998 Accord 230230+miles car, and listening to Cory about the repair advise I did not feel that way. I was pleased with the estimate and extremely happy with the attention to detail that the whole staff offered. This has been a very comforting and pleasant experience from start to finish. She normally hates looking for a new car but even she enjoyed this experience. After looking a several different models, we bought a 2012 Elantra Limited.
