I had been looking for a Hyundai for many months, and had dealt with many sales people before arriving at Hyundai of St Augustine. I asked some crazy and silly questions and Gordon was very patient and never made me feel pressured to buy. He "held my hand" through the whole process. I felt like I could trust them, and that I was getting a lot for my money. They were even amazing after the sale, and followed through on all their promises. If I were to dream up a car buying experience, it could not be as good as the experience I actually received at Hyundai of St Augustine. When I buy another car, I will not go anywhere else (P.S. I live 2 1/2 hours away, but it is so worth it) More

The best car buying experience I ever had. This is my second Elantra and I love the car; it has all the new electronic bells & whistles and of course now I can't live without Sirius XM radio. Ask for Paul Smathers or Kyle Showalter, they will treat you right; you'll find them friendly, knowledgeable, honest and fair. I received a great deal on my trade and zero percent financing; you can't beat that!! Kyle showed me how to operate everything and even set up my bluetooth! It was fabulous. The service department is great as I used them with my first Elantra, so I know I am in good hands. However, as a pediatric oncology nurse, the best thing for me is the "Hope on Wheels" Program that provides funds for pediatric cancer research; I have seen first hand how Hyundai makes a difference in the lives of our patients & families in the greater Jacksonville area. The paperwork was quick and no haggling over price. The payments and interest rates promised never changed and once they found out that I was interested in trading my car and purchasing another vehicle no one stopped and tried to roll up the upside down cost into both vehicles. Finance was great also, he was very direct and up front. We felt like we could trust him. The overall experience was great and I would have purchased my 3rd vehicle for my daughter if I could have afforded it at the time. However, when my finances change I look forward to returning there. We brought the car in for a 30,000 mile service and to replace a broken wiper blade. There was a discrepancy concerning changing the oil too early. They replaced the oil and filter and the wiper blade very quickly and washed and vacuumed the car. We could not be happier with the service both now and ever since we purchased our Sonata. We have not had comparable service anywhere else in all the years we have owned automobiles. More
