Just completed my 2nd new car purchase with Joey Cassata last week and again the experience was as pleasant and accomodating as was the first several years ago. My first car, the Sonata was a pleasure to d last week and again the experience was as pleasant and accomodating as was the first several years ago. My first car, the Sonata was a pleasure to drive and the very first new car purchase that I didn't feel like I could of done better somewhere else. I have traded up to the Genesis Sedan and a really nice ride. Feels just as quiet and smooth as the Mercedes 350 E class but without the extra 15 K in price. As important to me is the sales experience and service after the sale. Hyundai of St. Augustine scores hign on my list in both areas. I received a fair offer, no haggling, and no impersonal hand offs to various depts. to get the deal done and back on the road. Great Job guys! More

I live in Iowa and agreed to purchase the Genisis from pictures on the internet and talking with Walter Brooks. The trip down to the dealership was a nightmare, and by the time I got there it was very clo pictures on the internet and talking with Walter Brooks. The trip down to the dealership was a nightmare, and by the time I got there it was very close to closing time. After inspecting the car it was as advertised I was ready to hand him the check and drive off the lot. He insisted that we take a test drive together. After getting back to the dealership he showed me how to work all of the controls and described the standard and added options on the car. Even though it was after closing time all the employee's were nice and very helpful. The car was missing some manuals that I thought should be in the vehicle and Walter went to the parts department and ordered them at no charge to me. I'm 62 years old and have bought quite a few cars and this was one of the best dealerships that I have delt with. I would reccomend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. Although I did not purchase my Hyundai at the St Augustine dealer, it is close to my work location. Debbie is always very friendly and helpful, great "can do" attitude! Love it! I also love the complimentary car wash; they do an excellent job, even take the time to get all of the dead bugs off of the front bumper! Very impressive. More
