After some initial "bumps" we were contacted by the person responsible for internet sales, Joey Cassata. Joey confirmed that the dealership had a Santa Fe that would meet my needs. My husband and I were treated with competence and courtesy by everyone we met at the dealership. The owner and sales manager made it a point to introduce themselves to us. We have been going to this dealership for service since they opened (2006?) and have purchased two new vehicles for them, once in August of 2008 and the second in April of 2010. Their service department is absolutely top notch, we usually deal with Kirk but have had occasion to deal with other members of their service department as well. Their technicians provide wonderful service to our vehicles and we are accomodated in all regards when dealing with Kirk. Very satisfied. The sales department is also top notch. Wade and the sales associates we have dealt with are all professional, knowledgable, and sincere. The experiences we have had with this Sales department is very atypical: They actually listen to and respond to our requirements! That alone gives us the ability to make a deal without reservation, knowing that we have received the car we want/need on the terms we need. We all have had some negative experiences with automobile dealerships in one way or another, but Hyundai of St. Augustine is definatley NOT one of those places.
