Let's be honest, buying any new vehicle is not most people's idea of a good time. However, I can't say enough nice things about how I was treated at Hyundai of St. Augustine. Joe is very friendly and never pushy, he made me feel comfortable with the whole process of buying a new vehicle. The rest of the staff that I dealt with where also very friendly and respectful. It took a while for us to find the right price - money is hard to come by after all, but Hyundai of St. Augustine (and Joe) where right there to work with me until we all were happy with our 'deal'. I love my car - it is a beautiful ride. I'll be visiting the dealership soon for a bit of maintenance, after that I'll have a better idea how to rate the service - but so far, the sale and the staff have been great. More
This dealership is, by far, the best I have ever experienced in auto sales. We felt like we were dealing with REAL PEOPLE, not sleezy ones who pounced on you and ACTED friendly only to get what THEY experienced in auto sales. I have been in sales and conducted sales training. This dealership is a model in customer service. My husband and I saw and drove the Azera and knew that this was the car we wanted. We did our research, knew what our trade-in was worth and what a fair price would be for the 2007 Azera. Although we found the color we wanted at another dealership we didn't get a good feeling about the car OR the dealership and decided to go with St. Augustine Hyundai because we believed that we would be treated the way customers SHOULD be treated. Randy always followed up promptly, yet was never pushy. He let US make the decisions and facilitated the process with integrity (INTEGRITY? A word rarely used in the car business!) We told him what it would take to get our business and he did the most he could for us. The car was immaculate and drove like a dream! That weekend I went on a business trip and put on 1,200 miles. That was a good test. When I returned I called service with a minor problem and it was fixed promptly. Everyone at this dealership truly SERVES the customer. My husband and I have already picked out our new car when we trade this one in. At this point, there is no other dealership where we would buy our next car. Randy doesn't "toot his own horn" but I will. Job well done Randy!! More
I live in Delray Beach. Last month I shopped for a Sonata Ltd & they had best deal. I got the Sonata Ltd. Yesterday I replaced my other car w/ Genesis & got a much better deal than King Hyundai or Delray Hyu Ltd & they had best deal. I got the Sonata Ltd. Yesterday I replaced my other car w/ Genesis & got a much better deal than King Hyundai or Delray Hyundai or Lehman Hyundai. I traveled 200 miles which was a nuisance, but was worth it. More

Returned the same day and bought a genesis coupe (love it). Hats off and thanks to Roosevelt and all the staff that assisted in the sale. A week after I received the car we realized we left something in our trade-in. We called Roosevelt to see if they still had the old car. He found the item we left behind and personally went out of his way to deliver this to our home (25 miles away) that evening. Great experience!! More

We just did purchase Hyundai Azera 2 days ago. The experience was very pleasant the sales department was terrific, Wade, Jimmy, Jason and Joe Lando III being #1. Ryan was a friendly, relaxed, informative, no-pressure salesman; Jimmy, who closed our purchase, was equally friendly, and even beat the finanace rate we'd secured through our credit union. They even kept the dealership open late for us to complete our purchase. When I had to bring the car back just two days later for a clutch problem, our service consultant Kirk was prompt to assist me, and thoroughly researched the issue to determine the cause of the problem. Every employee I encountered while waiting in the service lounge made a point of saying hello and asking if I needed anything. The service manager Joe introduced himself, and assured me that they would correct the problem. Finally, they provided me with a quality loaner while repairing my vehicle. We have been told repeatedly by those we've encountered so far that they are glad we chose Hyundai of St. Augustine to make our vehicle purchase. I'm glad, too, and I look forward to continuing my relationship with Hyundai of St. Augustine! More
Excellent Dealership! My wife and I visit the area on an annual basis but plan to live here in the distant future. We both drive new Hyundai vehicles and can rely on everyone at this dealership. My wife has contacted them for strange brake "noises" and I had a nail in one of my tires due to travel. Summer servicing appointments are fast and very reasonable. They always check for updates on our vehicles and inspect everything so we are prepared for travel back north. This dealership ALWAYS treats each instance as a priority. I have corresponded with Ryne M. who is in charge of internet sales. He also has been very personable and up to date with mailings. Pricing appears to be very fair and we look forward to a long partnership! More
