When I arrived the gentleman was pleasant and instructed me that Madison would be out shortly to go over my 1st service. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and regular check up. It always takes too long for an oil change, but I know this in advance. I wasn't sure how much longer the ride would be. The new building is quite nice, and the chairs in the waiting area are comfortable.
