I have to rate this visit a 2, unfortunately. I was really disappointed that no one came to talk to me while I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour and a half. Come to find out, my car had I was really disappointed that no one came to talk to me while I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour and a half.
