Exceptional Customer Service - Valerie Cook My wife and I contacted "Infiniti of Denver" on a remote possibility of upgrading from our older QX80 which we had purchased from another local Infini My wife and I contacted "Infiniti of Denver" on a remote possibility of upgrading from our older QX80 which we had purchased from another local Infiniti dealer. We're past customers of Infiniti of Denver there on South Havana, having initially purchased an FX45 back in 2003. We had regretted straying. We received an immediate email response from Ms. Valarie Cook, and a follow-up phone call. We went to meet with her to discuss our preferences and found her to be an exceptional salesperson; very patient and understanding, and she genuinely made us feel like long lost friends. The process was so quick and efficient we left with a brand new 2016 QX80, and, exactly the model we preferred.
