The comforts of buying a vehicle from Luis Ramos I came in for vehicle service on my QX60. I asked to meet with a salesperson at that time to discuss a vehicle change. Luis was immediately available and asked all the appropriate and pertinent questions about what my needs and wants were. He placed me at ease and allowed me to let him know what I was looking for. We settled on a new 2017 and before I left the dealership I was ready to drive home with the vehicle of my choice. Luis was helpful, knowledgeable, fun and sincere. I love the extra efforts he placed into helping me especially when a call came in from the school nurse and I had to head out and our process was not yet complete. I was able to return a couple hours later, with my new vehicle and paperwork ready and waiting for me! That's exceptional service and Luis personifies it. Typically at luxury car dealerships the sales teams have a pretentious attitude when a customer enters the showroom which I find to be baffling since Typically at luxury car dealerships the sales teams have a pretentious attitude when a customer enters the showroom which I find to be baffling since customer service should be above and beyond at a place of business where they are selling high end vehicles! This typical scenerio was NOT what I experienced at Infiniti of Denver. The awesome GM, Craig, and a rockstar salesman, Luis, greeted me with warm and kind smiles when I was literally just looking/admiring one of their new crossover models. They took me off guard with a non-aggressive approach when asking how they can help me find my next Infiniti. They made me feel so comfortable even after saying I was just looking that I decided I wanted to set up an appointment to test drive the new crossover. Since my appointment landed during my birthday weekend, Luis had a birthday cheesecake ready for me when I came in...I know, right? Total wow factor! This was hands down, the best customer experience I've ever had during a car purchasing process. I would highly recommend Luis to anyone looking to buy an Infiniti since he will treat you like you're family and genuinely ensure you are happy from the moment you sign the paperwork and even after you drive off the lot!
