Both Tony Drees (sales) and Brooke Pennington (finance) were friendly and got me through the purchase and finance process decently quickly. At no point was I sitting around wondering when the wait would end. Tony didn’t but briefly attempt to push Infiniti instead of the car I’d come to see; it was nice to not have to try and fend off someone trying to sell something I didn’t want. Technical knowledge of the car was poor, but that’s not surprising given that it wasn’t an Infiniti and the sales rep with whom I had an appointment was not available, so Tony had no time to do any research as he was brought in to fill the gap. The financing process felt a little rushed, with focus put on monthly payments versus total purchase cost, and a little too fast through the financing paperwork, but no real complaints. After driving the car for a few days, I found a significant shake in the car at speeds above 50mph that I didn’t notice during the test drive (start of rush hour). After attempting to get the wheels balanced and having the car inspected at my make’s dealership, it had come to light that what was sold as a “scratched wheel” was actually the result of the previous owner plowing the car into a curb, not only bending the wheel but damaging a significant portion of the suspension in the process. At this point I was worried I had just made a $36k mistake with no recourse. Infiniti of Denver, specifically Chuck Thomas (pre-owned sales manager), performed admirably in this situation. They worked with my dealership to ensure the complete repair was made, and paid for all parts and labor excluding what I had spent in diagnosing the issue in the first place. They didn’t make any hassle or fuss about the situation, and made the issue right as quickly as possible. While I doubt I will be looking for an Infiniti any time soon (no 6spd manuals), I would definitely recommend Infiniti of Denver if you’re in the market. More

He can be funny at times however he does owe me coffee and muffins that I specifically wrote on a piece of paper. This was by far the best experience in buying a car I have ever had. I have bought a few in my time, but those were rushed salesman trying to make the quota for a free 42 in samsung tv only in 720p at the end of the month giveaway. Jonathan is a great guy and an asset to infiniti of denver. He has a way with customers. If any future automobile purchases happen in the future for me, I hope Jonathan will be there. More
